Jay’s extensive experience spans over 30 years advising international businesses and legal professionals across Europe and Asia on IP strategies tailored specifically for the U.S. market. His longstanding commitment to global clientele has led to the establishment of a specialized practice group within Volpe Koenig, dedicated to serving the unique needs of foreign clients.
In addition to his legal practice, Jay serves on the Engineering Entrepreneurship Advisory Board at Villanova University.
