CANCELLATION

Cancellation of Registration by Delegate – It is a condition of this booking that notification of cancellation received in writing by LES/Northern Networking Events Ltd prior to April 1, 2025 will entitle the delegate to a refund of the pre-paid fees less an administration charge of $100. No refund will be made after April 1, 2025 and delegate is still liable for full payment. LES regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Cancellations should be made by sending a written notice via email to lesam@northernnetworking.co.uk

A transfer of your full registration to another individual is permitted prior to the conference by submitting written request to lesam@northernnetworking.co.uk, Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Funds from this program cannot be transferred to another meeting.  Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.
