Joshua Weeks is a partner at Alston & Bird LLP, specializing in intellectual property litigation. He helps clients navigate disputes involving intellectual property, litigating cases nationwide in district courts and before the International Trade Commission. He also advises clients on strategic issues in multi-jurisdictional and cross-border disputes. Joshua earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering.
