Adrian Murray is a founding partner of Brand Murray Fuller LLP, an IP-focussed law firm based in London. The firm handles IP advisory, prosecution, disputes and transactional projects for growth and established companies primarily in the life sciences, medtech, cleantech, industrial chemistry and engineering sectors.
Prior to establishing the firm, Adrian built up over 20 years’ experience advising clients on IP matters and held senior roles in an IP boutique and also at an international law firm, Pinsent Masons.
Most recently, he was General Counsel at a Nasdaq-listed biotech company. In this role, in addition to overseeing the growth and management of their IP portfolio, he handled the negotiation and implementation of complex licensing and co-development agreements with big pharma as well as multiple corporate and compliance projects.
He has experience in working with companies developing and implementing IP strategies as well as preparing them for, and assisting them with, a range of transactional projects including licensing deals, joint venture and development agreements and settlements.
