Booma Yandava is a biopharma strategist and PhD researcher with over 15 years of experience in strategic partnerships, venture investment, and alliance management across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. She currently serves as Principal at Alliance Partners, where she leads biotech portfolio evaluations and structures risk-adjusted licensing and acquisition strategies for high-growth ventures.
Booma’s career spans leadership roles at major pharmaceutical companies including Foundation Medicine, Eisai Pharmaceuticals, Sanofi USA and others. She has structured and negotiated complex transactions valued between $200M and $800M across oncology, rare disease, and cell & gene therapy, bringing deep expertise in valuation frameworks, due diligence, and cross-border partnerships.
As a Certified Alliance Management Professional (CA-AM) and Champion for the LES Life Sciences Deals of Distinction Awards, Amy is actively engaged in the licensing and partnership community. She also serves as Senior Fellow at No Patient Left Behind and Advisor to N1=C Foundation, advancing patient-centric venture models that bridge scientific innovation with sustainable investment.
Amy is pursuing her PhD in Business Strategy and Leadership at Bentley University. She holds an MBA from Babson College and an M.S. in Computer Science from Boston University, where she specialized in data analytics and machine learning for life sciences applications.
